Geez lady it must be your pc

I spent hours online with chat, and have been upgraded to the top 10% 4 times, and I still cannot recieve calls, even though I tried to tell them from the get go it is on your end, not mine, there is no way 6 pc's all need "fixed".
They will try to get you to make changes in your device manager, install useless "updates" that are really movie programs, etc etc etc, and yes it still doesn't work....I can call out, no one can call me.
I guess I can only hope that at some point in the next 6 yrs, yes I paid for 6 at once, that it works....

Gosh Neeka, sounds like a nightmare!
Unfortunately, not having much experience with Magic Jack personally, I don't have any suggestions.
Assuming you read my article on Magic Jack? I did have a number in there where you can call and then get an address to cancel your subscription.
Of course your experience reinforces the "you get what you pay for" scenario, but I also have fallen for "too good to be true" deals in the past, believe me. It happens to all of us at some point, but when your phone service is at stake, it's especially frustrating not to be able to communicate with others!
If you'll let me know where and how often you call, I might be able to suggest an alternative service – one of the best places to start is this pretty neat "VoIP best rates" finder to find the best plans for your personal or SOHO business needs. Click here to jump to the rate finder. It can also tell you the best deals based on what countries you call.
Thanks for your submission Neeka, I hope you find a quality VoIP phone service that works for you!
